I store all my ills, stress and evil in my shoulders and my back. I get so crippled that I can hardly move my arms and sit or walk without tearing up. Sometimes, I have waited so long that I have lost the grip in my left hand from the pain in my back and shoulders. At night, I grit my teeth and clench my jaw so tight from the pain in my sleep that I wake up sore up to my eyeballs!  I am hooked on living life at my optimal level and hate to feel like crap! Years ago, due to a car accident, I had to go to a chiropractor and found that regular Chiropractic treatment, followed up a deep tissue massage (properly given) can make me well. Better than well, I am healed! Really! I love my Chiropractor and had a good massage therapist, but due to circumstances she is unable to give regular treatment sessions. I figured who better to trust than who the therapist goes to for treatments. So, I scheduled a massage (deep tissue) with Ginna, with RENEW WELLNESS and SPA. Ginna worked muscles that had not been dealt with for years. She was FABULOUS and guess what, no soreness! I mean it, the toxins are out and I am free, happy, lovin’ life person again! Why live life filled with pain and pills? There is a choice, the healthy natural choice…call today and start living your Full and Beautiful Life. Begin 2010 with the hope of a better you, don’t wait another pain filled day to make the call. You want different results, than make different choices. Annette P. Judd, R.E. Broker

The subject is fully clear but why does the text lack clarity? But in general your blog is great.

Open dialog is necessary when dealing with all forms of illness.I am hoping to see more money going into research and governments doing their part. All my respect goes to those suffering, be it you personally or a member of your family. My hope is for a major development quickly to help all those in need.

my dad is a chiropractor and he often amazes me how he could treat my sprains.:`.

This is without doubt one of the most fascinating blogs I have seen. It’s so easy to tune out, but there is really some first class information online, and I think your website is one of the few!

Ahhh the trying to stay healthy. Great info here. The best key there is to get that way off early, and keep in shape. Much easier to keep it then to gain it back.
