I am a rather healthy person. I have a strong sense of doing what is good for my body. I have come along way from being a prescription/physician addict, as is my family custom. I will always try a more Natural Way in any healing that is needed for my body first. Recently, I injured my knee and had tried all of my regular methods to get it right again, but the swelling and soreness would not go away! I endured the discomfort and pain for months, determining that surgery was the only way to be able to walk properly, wear anything but athletic shoes or flats again, or my passion-run, again. After the 2nd treatment, some 6 days later, I would say that it is nearly all back to normal! The stiffness from the swelling and the pain are nearly all gone! I am loving this new treatment!
